Project Pilates was created out of a love of movement, connection, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome. What started as a passion for Pilates quickly grew into a community built on confidence, strength, and good energy.
Here, it’s more than just a workout; Project Pilates is about the people. It’s the friendships formed in class, the shared laughs between sets, and the feeling of showing up for yourself alongside a supportive community.
